I am a B cup, but I think I could benefit from a little more support than this offers. The removable strap is very thin, and only for looks, which makes it less supportive than I was hoping for. I consider myself long-waisted, and it fit my torso comfortably. I would buy it again, but I would have liked to know about the thinness of the attachable strap. I am 5'6, and about 120 pounds and I got a small... I am happy I got a small because I think the medium would have been too loose for me.
