Plenty of give and very comfortable. Rides pretty low on the waist so tone abs a must. I got the shorter version because I didn't realize there were two sizes. Shows just a bit of cheek, new for me. Would probably go with the biker short size next time around. Color and stripes don't show off the package too much, which makes the wife happy. Runs true to size. Definitely a good addition.
