So either you have the legs for it or you can wear tights. I bought a tutu to fluff it up and make it a little longer. If you look at the picture it looks fluffed out. I'm not sure it would look like that without something under it. Amazon sells the tutu/skirt too. Do not think twice about this. It is good quality for a costume and a great price. I think it runs true to size, maybe a little big. It has some stretch too. It's sexy and cute without being to overboard looking like your a..........well you know.
