(More customer reviews)ive been looking for a bathing suit for my fiance for our honeymoon to jamaica and found these on Amazon. He's very picky with clothing, esp swimwear. He's a Nautica guy but doesnt like the fit of Nauticas swimsuits. I found these online and ordered them for him in royal. He was very excited that I found them, however, neither of us realized that Coolibar (the brand) is for middleaged people. We're both 22 and very picky with what we wear. This suit is wonderful! He loves how soft they are and that they come with the mesh inside. I mentioned to him that the suit is SPF 50, something that I didnt know clothing could have, and he was very impressed. The material isnt harsh either, like some cheaper suits are. These are very soft, feels like cotton.
Other things about it:
-my fiance is 6'1" and the suit comes down to his knees
-Hes a size 42/44 so I ordered him an XL. They were a bit roomy on him. I'd say Xl is good for guys 40-46, depending how loose/tight you like. A large would fit up to size 42 jeans; he would have liked a L.
-they dry super fast!
-looks great as shorts if youre the kind of guy that likes to walk around with a t-shirt & swim trunks at the amusment park or boardwalk. these dont scream "swim suit".
-2 side pockets, and 1 back pocket
-makes your butt & hips look smaller/more trim
-Some guys dont like the buldge in front, but these hide it.
