She receives many compliments from other people when she wears these. She's a very slim/average height ten year old, but I took the advice and ordered up a size. We bought size 14-16, despite the fact that size ten is often large on her slender frame. They are slightly large on her but they fit well enough that the straps easily stay up. They'll be a perfect fit for next year. The colors are very vibrant, but tasteful (not at all garish). The also look good on as the design is very pretty. Overall both she and I are very happy with these. I marked them down a star simply because I felt that the shipping costs were slightly excessive. The actual quality of the material was very good as they wash well without any signs of fading.
