(More customer reviews)It took me a while to figure out how to position these, but once I got them in the right place they worked well. They do mold to fit your cup size. The best way to put the Braza Au Natural gel pads on is to lean forward and let your breasts fall into them like you would with a bra, and then press down on the edges all the way around. Drawbacks: on the Au Natural Braza style, the silicone is a little too firm to feel natural... also, if you wear a small bra size they end up covering a lot of area. I'm a 32AA and the edges of these stick out of most of my bras. Still, Braza bra accessories are a great value. Overall I am pleased.
