(More customer reviews)I bought this swimsuit in December for a 5 day trip to the tropics. My son is 14 months old and weighs 25 pounds. He wears size 18 months or 24 months depending on the brand. I chose to purchase size 24 months just in case this brand runs small. The shorts were slightly big and the rash guard was a good fit (like a comfy T-shirt). I was very happy with the fit because there is room to grow so I may be able to use the suit for another trip in the spring. I was also very happy with the quality and the style...the suit is really cute and washes very well. I hand washed each piece with a gentle soap at the end of the day and hung it in the tub. They were dry by the morning and ready to use again. Another big plus is the built in SPF...it helped protect my little guy from the sun (of course, I also used sunscreen and reapplied frequently). I would definitely recommend this swimsuit.
