Off Shore Rashguard (aka swim shirt) . The shirt offers a very cool look incorporating our popular TUGA turtle print plus our "Tuga globe" logo is silk screened on the front of the shirt. Shorts are two-toned (Royal waistband with navy or red/green waistband with black). Shorts have a double tie closure on the front as well asvelcro closure for a better fit. TUGA logo silkscreen on the front. Elastic back waistband. Plus a back pocket with a velcro closure. NO LINING. Shirts are 80% Nylon / 20% lycra. Shorts are 100% Microfiber Polyester. The lightweight, yet protective fabric is comfortable to wear. Swimwear is made from high quality, tested fabric to provide a great look that protects all day long. The light material is fast-drying relieving concern about a wet heavy shirt at the pool or beach. (More customer reviews)It works well as far as sun protection goes, but I was a little disappointed at how easily the fabric can get the "roughed-up" look. The 1st day of use was at the beach. When I got home I noticed the rear of the suit was very rough where she had been sitting in the sand.

(More customer reviews)I bought this suit for my 2 year old son before a trip to Central America and it was everything I hoped for. Great length in the arms and legs and also wonderful sun protection. I throw it in the washer and dryer, which is says not to do (hand wash only) but I never have time for that. It has held up really well. We live in Santa Monica, CA and go to the beach all the time. When he grows out of it I will definitely get a new one.

She's fair skinned and burns easily, so I like to keep her as covered as possible and this suit does the trick - 50 SPF is better than constant sunscreen application by me. The suit held up perfectly during 10 days of snorkeling, sea water, chlorine and beaches in Hawaii - minor pilling on the bottom from sitting on the edge of the hot tub but all in all kept her covered beautifully. It looks adorable on and fit true to size. I was so grateful to have this and you will be, too!
(This company (Plangea) is so awesome - they even overnighted to get it to us in Hawaii for our vacation - our kids were sun-protected from day one and we were so grateful - INCREDIBLE company to work with and amazing swimsuit for your girls!)
