(More customer reviews)I bought this shirt to swim in because I do laps regularly in a pool and get cold easily no matter how hard I swim. I wear a swimsuit, a neoprene swimcap (works great) and thick neoprene shorts. I add a 3mm men's vest over it all, including the FINIS shirt. The scuba wear works but the shirt does not keep me warm. In fact, I think it actually makes me colder, unless I shove the sleeves up my arms.
I wish somebody made a neoprene medium gage jacket that offered complete overhead arm mobility to do laps and stay warm.Is there one out there?
I went to a scuba store and tried a real wet suit on and it seemed mighty warm, but it simply did not allow overhead mobility for my arms. I could probably only do the breaststroke wearing an actual wetsuit. Does anybody know if anybody makes a wetsuit that offers a full range of motion for your arms?
I am really disappointed in the FINIS shirt. Not only does it not keep you warm but it runs short.
It is simply not as advertised. I plan to wear it on dry land as a thermal shirt to at least get some wear out of it.
