NOT true.. swimsuits should never be one size fits all; because no one is the same size top to bottom.. this fit snug on me and I am 135lbs and 34b cup on top. this will not fit anyone bigger than 120lbs and bigger in the chest!!!!!
It was expecially hard to figure out how to put on!! no hooks anywhere to open close all the strings that are attached permenatly
