Given Amazon's normally stellar service, I figured that was plenty of time. However, a week after I placed the order, they had not even shipped it yet! This is the worst vendor experience I've ever had with Amazon. The whole reason to shop online is to save time and avoid the stress of running around to a bunch of different stores. But, not only did I NOT save time, now I still have to run around to stores to find what I need. On a side note, I ordered a tri top from Zappo's on a Tuesday evening at 6:30, and received the item the very next afternoon (yup, Wednesday afternoon). Bike Somewhere could really learn a few things about service from Zappo's. I wish that the correct size shorts had been in stock on Zappo's, because I never would have had to deal with these jokers. So, unless you don't mind waiting and waiting and WAITING for your order, just avoid this merchant altogether!

So I wrote them a email asking where was the wings and they gave me a rude comment saying it doesn't come with wings.. So I asked how to return it and they never responded back to me after 6weeks I called amazon and they helped me return it.. Then after a couple weeks I still didn't get my money back amazon finally just gave me my money back.. So I would never in my life ever order from this company again.
